At a time when basic school and college education was denied to the daughters of our KVO community, this trust attempted to encourage people of our community to provide basic graduation to the girls to empower them and in-turn lead to a sound future of the community.
In 1968, this trust was founded by the funds from the community with the support of Family of Shri Devji Khetsee who offered a sum of Rs. 50,000 under the aegis of Shree Kutchi Visa Oswal Sthanakwasi Jain Mahajan. The trust is supported by additional funds from the donors and well-wishers of the community.
What began as a bold step to educate girls has grown into a movement — today we support girls from junior college to post-graduation, vocational training, and even international studies. Our strength lies in the community's faith and the vision of our founders.
To encourage, empower, elevate the KVO girls/women by facilitating their higher education at National/International level, also inculcating Professional and Entrepreneurial skills, thereby promoting excellence in them and be able to identify as well as create leaders for a developing futuristic society.
